PROCESS
STEP 1 : INJECTION MOLDING
Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing plastic parts. It involves melting plastic pellets or granules and injecting them into a mold under high pressure. The plastic cools and solidifies inside the mold, creating a finished part with a specific shape. Injection molding is used to make a wide range of plastic products, from automotive parts to toys and medical devices.
STEP 2 : STRETCH BLOW MOLDING
Stretch blow molding is a process used to make plastic containers, like bottles and jars, by stretching and blowing melted plastic into a mold. It produces strong and durable products and is commonly used for packaging beverages, cosmetics, and cleaning products.
STEP 3 : FILLING
Filling mineral water involves purifying water from a natural source and filling it into bottles using automated machines. The bottles are then sealed and packaged for distribution to provide customers with high-quality and pure mineral water.
STEP 4 : LABELLING
Labeling is the process of providing information and identification on a product or package, including details like product name, ingredients, usage instructions, and safety warnings. It is essential for legal compliance and to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
STEP 5 : PACKAGING
Packaging serves to preserve and protect the product, provide convenience for handling and transportation, and promote the product through attractive design and labeling.
STEP 6 :PALLETIZING
Palletizing is an essential part of the manufacturing process for mineral water. It helps to securely stack and store the bottles for transport, ensuring the product arrives safely and in perfect condition.
STEP 7 : STORAGE
Our storage process follows first-in-first-out concept, with the recently produced water being stored and used first. This ensures that only the freshest water is used in the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality product. Proper storage of the mineral water is essential to maintain its freshness and quality.
